Jávea  (El Rafalet)

Rafalet is an urbanisation just between Benitachell and Jávea, close to the Jávea Golf course, very private and beloved for its peace.  Still a 10 minutes drive to the center of Jávea,  Moraira and the beach.

Splendid views over the valley to Benitachell because of its elevated location.

El Rafalet is a very private urbanisation, located just between the village of Benitachell and Jávea. Close to the Jávea Golf course.

There are two plots available.

For the details of plot 1 see above nr. YSHS 403.  Plot 3 and 4 have been sold. 

The location of the plots is slightly elevated with the result of having beautiful views over the valley to the old center of Benitachell.
